About me

The discovery of being the pure and unique manifestation of a divine dream has empowered me to embrace my magnificence and singularity. Through repeated fasts, I rediscover this essence in the deepest layers, committing myself to living up to this dream and maintaining the balance in what I call the cosmic dance between body, mind, soul, and emotions. Everything else falls gracefully into place.

I am very passionate about everything that makes humans free. Free from mental chains, physical bondages and unhealthy habits that prevent the flowing of the magic of life. Travel has been a cornerstone of my journey, allowing me to explore new worlds, cultures, landscapes, souls, animals, and plants. External exploration has led me to rediscover new horizons within myself and recognise my role within a larger organism where I am called to bring my contribution.

My fasting journey began in 2011 under the guidance of Dr. Gabriel Cousens, a living icon whom I followed through his books and documentaries. Attending one of his retreats, I experienced a transformative seven-day fast. Inspired by this experience, I returned six months later and continued to engage with this fasting experience for several years as a worker.

These experiences, combined with earlier ones around the world, have shaped my mission, a privilege and honor I now share through my work, my Dharma.

Expressing Gratitude

It is important to innerstand that the way we nourish ourselves reflects how we treat ourselves and the ecosystem that sustains us. If at this point you have embraced this truth, even partially, then I will have truly achieved my goal, and I thank you for joining me on this wonderful journey that has meant so much to me over the years. Make it your own, experiment, feel yourself, observe yourself, and above all, love yourself and embrace this new vision with a joyful spirit. The world is becoming a complicate place, and we should start by genuinely smile to ourselves avoiding taking things too seriously. Once we have internalised this experience, let us be infused with the wonders we have discovered in our inner uni- verse. By being the embodiment of this experience, be the channel of this frequency to those who are open to receive it and discover how much more beautiful life becomes when we are attuned to the laws of nature.
