This journey follows a daily routine, with each practice focused on body detoxification and the enhancement of vital force, which works to eliminate toxins. The organ cleanses, yoga and meditation sessions, beverage preparations, group shares, and various talks related to the program all support and stimulate detoxification, turning into cherished daily rituals that help shape the flow of your day.
